Ashby C of E Primary School PTA Privacy Notice

We collect your data for the purposes of raising money for Ashby C of E Primary School. You pass on your information to us when you fill in any forms related to PTA business and fundraising events. You have a right to a copy of the information we hold about you and generally without charge. You may seek to correct any inaccurate information.

 

How will we use your information?

Ashby C of E Primary School will use your personal information for the purposes of providing information to you about PTA fundraising events. The legal basis for processing your information is to pursue the legitimate interests of both yourself and the PTA.

Where you have provided consent for us to contact you, you may withdraw this consent at any time.

 

Will my information be passed to anyone else?

The information you provide to us will be passed on to the relevant members of the PTA committee and if needed, the school.

When your information is passed on to a third party e.g. the company who make the Christmas cards, you will be asked for explicit consent for us to pass this information on.  

 

What happens to my information when it is no longer required?

Once we have used your information for the purposes for which it was collected e.g. raffle tickets, event organisation, we will destroy your information securely.

You can ask to have your information removed at any time and once we receive this request we will destroy your information within 7 days of receiving the request.
